Exchange and Return Policies

Being in the jewellery industry for over 30 years, we understand that our customers might want to get returns of the investment they have made with us at any time back in the past and that is why we offer a transparent and fair return policy.
If the return for any product is initiated within 7 days of purchase, a full refund at 100 percent of the product value shall be done. In case of exchange, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a credit into a registered online account, however an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
In case, the exchange is initiated after 7 days of purchase till any point in lifetime, the product will be exchanged at 90% value of the ornament at the prevailing rate of metal and diamonds respectively.

Buyback Policy- LIFETIME BUYBACK

You can sell your diamond jewellery back to us at any point of time. The ornaments can be purchased at a deduction of 15% value of the ornament at the prevailing rate of metal and diamonds respectively.
