1. What shipping method does the website use?
We make sure that the delivery is done only through reputed and insured couriers specialized for fine jewellery only. Please check and make sure if we deliver to your pin code before placing an order with us.
2. Are there any charges for international shipping?
Yes, we levy a minimal shipping fee to deliver goods internationally.
3. I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery abroad. Is it possible?
Yes, we ship across the world.
4.How long until my order ships?
We dispatch products from Tuesday to Saturday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. Should there be a delay, you will be informed by the Customer care team.
